Hempcrete is a sustainable, durable, and versatile building material that offers a range of benefits for the construction industry.
Hemp is rapidly renewable, having a 3-4 month growth cycle, compared to upwards of 25 years for softwood
Hemp regulates internal humidity conditions and helps stabilize the internal temperature
Hemp is a non-toxic building material
Hemp absorbs betweeb 8-15 tonnes of CO2 per hectare as it grows
Hemp can be used for floor applications, throughout the walls, and in roof assemblies
Hempcrete is fireproof, damp-free and chemical-free
Hempcrete is a natural biocomposite that is reusable and/or biodegradable at end of the building’s life
